Tivoli biscuits
Tivoli biscuits, a popular Japanese confectionery, have a history rooted in the
establishment of Izumi Seika in 1946, which later became Tivoli in 1968. The
company, originally focused on caramels, expanded into biscuit
production, and their “King of Caramel” snack became a national hit.
The Tivoli name and logo are inspired by a fountain Higuchi visited
in Europe, and the company has grown to encompass multiple factories,
brands, and retail outlets.
