ChyawanprashIn the 1980s M ukund Savani, a 41yr old
chem ical engineer decided to bid goodbye to his life in
the US & relocate his fam ily to M T. Abu, Rajasthan.
HHee first experim ented with a lot of herbal com bina-
tions and developed diverse products which he started
sharing with friends and fam ily. W hen
found the response to be positive. he went
ahead, got his Ayurvedic pharm acy
license in M ay 1995 and began
commercial production.
Chyawanprash is a tim e-tested herbal
form ulation. Chyavanprash was first described in the
ancient Ayurvedic text, Charaka Sam hita, in 100 AD.
Chyawanprash has a jam -like consistency and is con-
sidered as an “anupana”
